Teambuilding Activity: Body Language

Body Language is a fun activity that allows the team's creativity to shine through.

The objective is for the team to form a word using their bodies, creating letters that come together to spell out a word.

As the trainer, you can determine which word the team will portray or ask the team which word they want to create. Alternatively, after the group juggle, you can have them choose the most important "value" to represent.

It's best to find a white wall so that the clothing contrasts well against it. Then, have them take a photo of the word (you may need to take the photo).

This activity promotes:

- Enjoyment
- Physical contact

Only evaluate if something truly remarkable happens.
