Teambuilding Activity: Keyboard

This activity is great to do with a team! Gather all the keys, letters, from an old keyboard.

After a break (in your training), place all the individual letters on a table. Ask the team members to gather around the table. Explain to the team members that this keyboard has become older and keys have fallen off. As more and more keys fell off, the keyboard's functionality decreased.

Task: Each person should pick a letter or function key and explain what that key symbolizes. It should represent something that they bring to this team. All the letters and keys are needed to fully make the keyboard function.

What do you bring?

You can optionally let them discuss in small groups first, talking about the letter or key they picked and what it symbolizes. Then, they can share their thoughts with the larger group.
